Account integrity
ProVerification is only half the job. These tools keep watching after the link is made, so a banned Roblox account or a sneaky alt doesn't slip through. Configure them under Verification → Account integrity in the dashboard.
Disallow alt accounts
Enforce one Discord account per Roblox account. If a second Discord account verifies to a Roblox account already linked in your server, it is treated as an alt.
- Just log it — record an ALT_DETECTED entry in the audit log.
- Unverify — strip the alt's verified roles but leave them in the server.
- Kick — remove the alt from the server.
Banned-account detection
During sync, MGS Link checks whether a member's linked Roblox account has been terminated or deleted. A banned account is effectively un-verifiable, and those users are often ToS-banned.
- Unverify (default) — strip verified roles, keep them in the server.
- Kick — remove them from the server.
- Just log it — flag it without taking action.
Account-age requirement
Require linked Roblox accounts to be at least N days old before they can verify. A simple, effective filter against throwaway bot accounts.
- Set any number of days, or 0 to disable the check.
Proactive re-checks
You don't have to wait for a member to do something for these checks to run. A background sweep periodically re-syncs verified members in servers that have alt or banned-account detection enabled, so a Roblox ban is caught even if the member is idle.
Permissions
To remove roles or kick, MGS Link's role must sit above the affected members in your role list, and it needs Manage Roles (and Kick Members for the kick action). It can never act on members ranked above the bot — Discord forbids it.
