How limits are enforced
- Linked-user cap — counted per server. When a server hits its cap, new first-time verifications are blocked until an admin upgrades; existing members keep their links.
- Groups & mappings — adding past the limit prompts an upgrade. Existing entries above a downgraded limit keep working but you can't add more.
- Gated features — alt detection, banned-account handling, account-age requirements, custom accent colour, and webhooks require Pro or higher. They're shown but locked on Free.
- Log retention — audit logs are kept 14 days (Free), 180 days (Pro), and 365 days (Enterprise), then pruned automatically.
Billing
