Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MGS Link (“we”, “us”). If you use the Service on behalf of a Discord server or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MGS Link links Roblox accounts to Discord accounts and synchronizes Discord roles and nicknames based on Roblox group membership, along with related tools such as audit logs, community-announcement forwarding, and account-integrity controls. Features available to a given server depend on its plan.

You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of both Discord and Roblox to use the Service, and you must comply with their respective terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Certain features require signing in with Discord. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for the configuration choices made by administrators of servers you manage. Server administrators are responsible for how they configure roles, mappings, and enforcement actions (such as kicks or role removal) within their servers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate the Terms of Service or rules of Discord, Roblox, or any law.
• Harass, harm, deceive, or infringe the rights of other users, or impersonate others.
• Circumvent rate limits, scrape, reverse engineer, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or on Discord’s or Roblox’s systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or networks, or probe for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Build features or workflows that facilitate fraud, ban evasion, or abuse of other platforms.
• Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

The Service offers a free tier with fair-use limits and paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may be stated in EUR; applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be added. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Plan limits and features are described on the pricing page and may evolve over time. Free-tier access is provided on an as-available basis.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the plan reverts to Free. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. The Service depends on Discord and Roblox, which are operated by third parties and may change, rate-limit, or discontinue their APIs at any time. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, modify, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Any service-level commitments, if offered, are stated on the pricing page for the relevant plan.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service — for a user or an entire server — if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required to protect the Service or other users, or if directed by Discord or Roblox. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot and unlinking your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that role assignments, syncs, or enforcement actions will always be accurate or timely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGS Link will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or server membership, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MGS Link from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your configuration of a server, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MGS Link and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or logos. You retain ownership of your own content and configuration.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
