Privacy, in plain English
What we store
The short, honest version — five bullets, no legalese. “Is this safe?” is the first thing everyone asks about a verification bot, so here’s exactly what happens to your data.
01What Roblox data we access
Only public profile info: your user ID, username, display name, account age, and group ranks. We read your profile through the public Roblox API to confirm a verification code you place in your description. We never ask for your Roblox password or cookies, and we cannot log into your account.
02What Discord data we store
Your Discord user ID and which servers you verified in, linked to your Roblox ID so we can assign the right roles and nickname. We store per-server settings set by admins. We do not read or store your messages or DMs.
03How long we keep it
Your link is kept while it's in use, so returning members don't re-verify. Audit logs are retained per plan (30 days on Free, longer on paid). Raw verification codes are single-use and discarded immediately after the check.
04Who can see it
Only the staff of the servers you verified in — through their dashboard — plus our systems that run verification and role sync. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. Billing is handled by Paddle; card details never touch our servers.
05How to delete it
Run /verify unlink in Discord to remove your link and mapped roles instantly. Server admins can purge all of a server’s data from the dashboard’s danger zone, and logs can be exported to CSV first. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
